    Afternoon all.

Bad day at the homestead here :(

Husband noticed that water inside stove wall so it looks like boiler on it is shagged.

I have 2 dimplex oil column heater in hot press for cold days. They've not been used since the big freeze.

So I plugged them in so kids rooms would be warm tonight , but neither one will work.

The red light is on so I know power is getting to it but nothing is showing up on screen that operates timer.

So am I right in thinking that they are both dead?

    Model is dimplex OFC2000TI

    Thanks for any help offered

Have you tried switching them on? The switch seems to be in the off position in the photo.

Yes have tried every variation of switch. That ref light stats on but no heat
    Thank you

The dial also seems to be turned down to minimum/zero heat.
Are you getting anything in the digital display at all?
Seems strange the pilot light is on and they're not working though.
Alternatively, can you find the manual online?

Perhaps a stupid question but you turn the thermostat up?

Google "dimplex OFC2000TI manual" and it's the first result you'll get!!!

    Fair enough
I was putting dimplex .... instructions into google and was on dimplex website and couldn't find what I wanted.

As nothing at all is showing up in display I can't get it to work anyway.

Am in hospital now with child so it's far from my thoughts tbh.
I find it weird that neither of 2 are working but possibly they are both broken .

    Thanks for help
