WiFi switch to control lights

Are there any cheap and cheerful switches that can be accessed over the Internet to turn on/off lights (in a shed and outside). I'm hoping to be able to connect using a smartphone back to the shed via a server, similar to how my foscam ip camera works. There is a WiFi signal in the shed in question.
I've seen a wemo switch that can do similar but it's expensive at around 50 pounds for a single switch, whereas lightwaverf is slightly cheaper but needs a hub.

Wemo or the TP-Link. The TP-Links are normally 25, but were as little as 16.50 over the last weeks sales.

For Tp-link, all I can find is the hs200. A lot of the comments suggest it is only rated to US voltages (110V) instead of the 230V here. Has anyone used it successfully (or encountered any issues)?
Also, where is best to buy?

Ah, that's just a regular plug. I'm hoping to replace a switch in a lighting circuit, with no need for plugs.

I have recently come across the MiHome range be energenie on amazon. Cheaper than the lightwaverf stuff but not as many option sin the system. They have a single on/off switch at £20 and the hub is around £45. I haven't used any of it but am thinking about it over the lightwaverf stuff, however there does not seem to be a dimmer switch or any sort of relay switch for the system yet.
