Phone found Dublin, Wicklow MTNS

I have found a phone between Knocnagun MTN and Prince Williams seat MTN the phone seems to be dead but with it was a students card for Maynooth university and a students leap card.I cant find the person on facebook but she is doing a bachelor of science degree anyone know of anyone pm me any ill try get it back to them.

If you call the student records office, they will trace the student for you. They have all the phone numbers etc.
