we have tv and internet with Virgin Media - we had no service for all of last night - v annoyed as there was no one to contact..
breakdowns I can accept - but no technical support I cannot..

the price has been going up every year - and will do so again next year..

we are defo gonna look for a cheaper service..

It happens. You were unlucky it was at night and at the weekend. How has the service been in general?

No residential ISP offers 24/7 support.
