No Third Language For Course

I've been looking up courses and really want to do a Language course , especially in DCU. I'm really interested in the Applied Languages and Translation course. However, you need to do a third language for one of the entry requirements at H3. I've done French HL for the Junior Cert and done one more year of it but then repeated 5th year because I was being bullied by my French teacher and I was severely depressed. Is there anyway I can get into this course (I would love to do German and Japanese). Maybe a FETAC course or is there a back way into it? I really want to do this course.

    Thanks in Advance!

An intermediate language is required for the course yes that would be a minimum of a C3 in HL LC, So yes you'd have to apply as a mature student or if you could find a FETAC course that'd fill the requirements
