    Can anyone hear fireworks?
    I think I hear them, but can't see a thing with the fog.

    I can hear them too but can't see them. Anyways, are they marking the opening of the Winterval festival? If so, they're setting them off pretty late.

    Don't think it was the dog track, we're in the Folly and sounded more like it was from the field behind Scoil Lorcan - doubt it was an organised event cos I'm sure they'd have had the decency to inform people - if it was then poor form not to
