dual boot installation of windows 7 and 8

    HELLO
    can anyone help???? Im trying to install 2 OSs. windows 7 just went on ok, loaded on to new hard drive from a cd.
    windows 8 gets so far into the installation then stops, its being booted off cd too.

    is there something different about 7 using a legacy bios and 8 using UEFI bios?
