Camera for walker

Im hoping im posting this in the right forum.

Im looking for a camera that is small and lightweight. It will be used especially for a walker.

I don't care about 4K its just going to be used to video recording during a walk.

My mother is getting alot of hassle walking of late because a neighbour is a nasty piece of work so I would like to buy her a camera so she has proof of whats happening with the neighbours dog.

Maybe a camera that goes around the chest for example?

Any suggestions?
