Circulation pump constantly pumping with heating on

The pump is constantly pumping water while the stove is lit. Also there are a few rads only luke warm while the rest are hot. It's only happening with 2 weeks and was working perfect before that. The plumber said it could be a leak but the water tank in the attic stops filling when no water is being used. Would it be the…
