    Hi all,

Is there a way to auto fill nine non-sequential numbers over & over in Excel?

    example: 3,3,2,2,1,1,0,0,0

It's for a shift work annual calendar with nine people on the above shift cycle which continues in the same format without changing.

I really don't want to manually drag and fill these cells as there are thousands of rows...

    Any help please, thank you.

    - Select 9 cells with formula e.g. B1:B9
    - Hover mouse over lower right corner to display + icon
    - Right-click and drag down (takes seconds to do 1000's of rows)
    - Click "Copy Cells" on the menu that pops up when you release the mouse at desired end cell
