    Hi all,

Is there a way to auto fill nine non-sequential numbers over & over in Excel?

    example: 3,3,2,2,1,1,0,0,0

It's for a shift work annual calendar with nine people on the above shift cycle which continues in the same format without changing.

I really don't want to manually drag and fill these cells as there are thousands of rows...

    Any help please, thank you.

Simple way copy and paste it. Then when you have done that say 10 times. Then recopy the 10 instances and paste it then recopy the 20 times. Semi automatic. Otherwise build a quick macro

Fill it in in cells a1 to a9 (for instance)
Then set cell a10 to "=a1"
Drag a10 down as far as you need to.
Double clicking the little black box un the bottom right corner of a selected cell will auto fill the column to the bottom of the column to the left.

Select the column, copy & paste special "values"

Those numbers look like a breakdown for what each of my players returned last gw.

I got rid of Vlookup and Index-Match this week. Brought in NetworkDays and Offset so hoping for big returns.

Gonna throw the armband on Concatenate....in good form and decent fixtures. Probably going with a classic Pivot Table formation as well for the next few weeks

    No Word of a lie.

But the Outlook seems good for the next few gameweeks.
