Do walk in clinics and A&E departments always send the records to your main GP?

    When you include their name on the registration form? Or do you need to request this?

    It depends on the clinic or hospital, they should all do it but they can have different policies. Some of them will only send a report if you have presented to them with a GP referral letter. If you request one they will likely oblige.
