Online Order Query

    Hi Richersounds,

    I just tried to put an order through a few minutes ago and had some trouble with the Verfied by Visa step and had to try it again. The second attempt also didn't work and so I tried to contact your Belfast store by phone to check if the order had gone through (waiting on a callback). I didn't want to get charged twice and sent two deliveries.

    Then I got a text from credit card people checking if I had really tried to order from you guys so I replied yes. So now I'm not sure if the money has gone through or if it will go through if I try again or has gone through twice.

    Hope you can straighten this one out.

    thanks for the mail - I've replied already - its all in order, to be fair to the CC company it was obviously just a security check - we frequently hear of it a some purchases are quite significant and the CC company's hackles are up ... it all went through straight away at our end.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph.
