    Hi folks,

    V. small wedding - 2 guests and that's it!!

December. Any idea what I should wear? Size 12/10, age 46; don't fancy a dress cos it's probably going to be cold.

    Thanks,
    kkcat

Would you consider a personal shopper in a are department store? I went to one a while back and I can't recommend it enough. They know what's suitable for you and the occasion.

Thanks but as it's such a small gathering, I don't want to spend much on something I'll never wear again.

If you don't want to wear a dress then you're kinda heading down the trouser suit or jumpsuit avenue. There are lots of lovely jumpsuits on Asos that would look fab. I've worn one to the afters of a wedding before and it was so comfortable and still really dressy.
Otherwise it'll be some nice trousers and a dressy top or something similar.

What's your budget? I'm sure if you chose carefully you can find something to wear again.

I don't really have a budget, but don't want to waste money either. We live in the sticks, so nothing posh would suit.
    Thanks.

Nothing posh? I'm not sure what you're looking for then? Just a suit trousers or some chinos and a nice top then?
You seem to have something very specific in mind. What sort of things (besides a dress) DON'T you want? This might help people with their suggestions.

Head to arnotts, they'll have something that'll suit.
