Reliable company for installing weatherglaze doors?

Hi

My parents got a weatherglaze door installed some years ago. Unfortunately, the crowd that put it in seemed to be a bunch of cowboys and done a poor job. The door would randomly fail to lock from outside once closed, or struggle to open and also leaked water in heavy rain.

They then got porch doors a few years later which are fine for the most part but dont lock from the outside.

We are now looking for a reliable company that knows what they are doing to install a new door and side panels, and also fix porch doors if possible.

The parents saw some glass doors with floral design on door and side panels that they quite like.

We rang the company who sent a guy out who was looking to see if repair or new door was necessary. He mentioned that porch door may have a broken key in the lock and lock might need to be replaced. He took measurements and said he would pass on details to his boss and someone would be in touch with a quote. That was nearly a week ago and my father is frustrated at this point as both landline and mobile ring out without any answer.

I could try emailing them but at this point im more worried what happens if we do get hold of them. If they dont have the resources to answer the phone for a customer looking for their business, what hope would we have if we had any issues after the work is done.

I understand some quotes will differ but i dont want my parents paying well over the general market range and also we want some place reliable and competent to install it correctly.

Can anyone advise of anyone suitable that would provide such? We are in the north county dublin area.
