    Hi Guys,
hoping somebody can help me, I recently renovated my place and put in 3 farho heaters (friends house had them and I thought they were great!), only now are we actually using them due to the cold snap and we have a problem.

the 3 heaters each seem to have the same issue - I'm setting the operating temperature at 25 degrees, but the heaters aren't really getting that hot, on their room temperature gauge it is displaying 16/17/18 degrees and doesn't get any hotter than that, the 25 degree piece on the screen (desired temperature) just flashes and never gets up to temperature.

what's odd is all 3 of the radiators have the same issue! they are certainly big enough for the rooms (all 5 panels in 3 small rooms), I have reset them etc and tried leaving them on for hours at a time to get up to temperature and no joy.

any ideas would be greatly appreciated!

IF these are oil filled then there may be some overheat (oil temperature?) thermostat limiting their output, I have a dimplex portable wheel mounted one for emergency use and it has three settings, 800W,1200W & 2000W. If set to 2000W and with its stat turned fully on then it will only average 1500Wh/hour (1500W) even when calling for "full" heating, the surface temperature of the rad at this setting reaches a max of 110C as far as I can remember. The other settings will consume almost exactly the advertised power ie 800W & 1200W.

This is from their website "550w 5-panel - 530mm W x 590mm H x 95mm D, 11.5kg, Area heated 8.68m2" I see that you have small rooms but 550W is mean enough to try and achieve 25C. The only real way to monitor the output is with a energy monitor if you can borrow one or whatever.
