Bungalow attic conversion

Is there a price per sq ft for these? I live in a detached bungalow in Dublin, with a good bit of attic space. I have a budget of about 100,000.

Could you get more than just the attic converted for this? Given that I'd like the attic to be living space, with a proper stairs.

What should I be paying an architect?

    Thanks in advance.

Budget shouldn't be a problem unless you plan to lay the floors with gold.

Obviously depends on the size of the house and exactly what you want but 100k should be wel well enough with a big chunk of change.

Thanks. It is a bigish bungalow with a footprint of 30ft by 45ft.

Anyone know what the going rate for an architect is?

It will depend on his scope.
How much or how little involvement you want him to get involved in tbh.
