Calor LPG questions

    I'm new to LPG, and have some questions. I'm in a rental property with a stand-alone Calor tank. Apologies if some or all of these have been asked already, I've searched the forums, but some of the threads seem to be a bit old.

    Some questions:
    1. Do I have to order from Calor, seeing as its their tank?
    2. The contract Calor sent me mentions a 2 year contact. I plan to just order gas as I need it, so I'm unsure why I'd need a contract as such. Does anyone know what would be involved in cancelling this contract?
    3. In the contact they sent, they've quoted 0.5166 per litre, excluding VAT and carbon tax. Does anyone know if this is reasonable? Their pricing doesn't seem terribly transparent to me, don't know why they couldn't include VAT and carbon tax in the price in the first place.
    4. The contract mentions the property owner, but the tenant box is checked on the contract. Any ideas if service fees are paid by me or the property owner.

    Sorry again for all the questions, but just want to make sure I'm signing something that's a rip off.
