hey guys, the house has a combi lpg boiler. Its mains fed, so no water storage tanks etc. We are interested in getting a wood burning stove, that would also heat the radiators. Is this possible with the system that we have? Also can you "tap in" to the existing network at any point or does it have to be in a specific place?

Also if we were to put in a tank for hot water, is it possible to close a valve feeding this, if we dont need to heat DHW and simply draw it from the combi instead?

Yes and no. You'd be better off using the combo for heat only and a cylinder for dhw. Not all gas boilers are able to operate on an open vented system. Make sure your installer knows how to pipe dual fuel properly
