Hello all,

Final year law student here, preparing for exams. Just recapping the issue of minority shareholders. The case of Re Greendale Developments Ltd is appearing but I can't find any info anywhere about whether it relates to disregarding the interests of the company and is to be used under S.212 of the 2014 Act or if it is a reference to an ultra vires act being challenged.

Anyone have any clue?
