Hi all, im in the process of selling my house at the minute. Just received a letter from my solicitor for me to get confirmation from my local council to state that i don't owe the nppr from 2009/2013. My residence has been my principal private residence since 2005 however in August 2012 we moved in with my mother to care for her until August 2013. my brother stayed in our house rent free for that period.they are looking for esb bills for specified dates each year from 2009-2013, I have them up to 2012 but none for 2013. am I liable for 2013?
