My Oil boiler is not firing up due to lack of power in the double socket for the Burner and Circulating Pump.
    • I have checked the boiler/pump in an alternative socket and both are working fine
    • The Thermostat on the wall for each zone in activating their relevant light in the main heating control panel in the HP when called upon.
    • The thermostats are actuating the motorised valves when call upon aswell
    • I have replaced the fusd Double socket for the boiler / pump so it can be that
    • Thermostats dont seem to be fused

I'm at a loss as to where and how my issue is occuring

    Any help or pointers?

Did you check the high limit stat? It will probably be beside the boiler temperature stat, behind a cover a little similar in size to pen nib cover.

The reset button behind the screw off cover beside the temperature control on the boiler tried that.

Boiler is a Grant 15/26 Utility boiler

Electrician then...or a plumper who is good on controls. Could be just contacts on a motorized valve. Any different results when you try hot-water only or heating only?
