LED Outdoor Security Solar / Mains, motion and switch light?

    As it says, looking for a recommendation for an outdoor security light which ideally should be:

    High power CREE LED brightness
    Waterproof (ip certified even better)
    Solar powered
    Mains powered when needed
    Motion sensor
    Wide angle sensor
    Always on option

    Any recommendations welcome and if they are available in a Dublin as it's needed soon :)
