No more free delivery from Amazon?

Over the past few years I've ordered dozens of things from Amazon, and I have almost never paid for delivery. Whoever I've noticed the last few things I've gone to buy want to charge delivery - some cheap and some very expensive. E.G. A camera lens for €400 and they are charging almost €10 for delivery.

Has something changed recently?

It has free delivery on it

Have you tried changing the shipping options? The free delivery is never the default option for me.
