Cyber Security Course recommendations

I work in a small business and would like to be able to test penetrate our network and learn how to lock it down. I have done the MCSA and CCNA before. Any recommendations for a course on network and cyber security?

To be honest the cost involved in getting certified properly means that you would want to be doing pen testing on a professional basis for other businesses to make it worth your time.
I've seen insane numbers for the training , then again I've also seen consultants charge insane money to come onsite as well.
