Does anybody listen to this? It is on here in work every morning.

I'm aware this format usually has plants/stooges to cause a bit of controversy and get people riled up but they have the same girl ring in every day with a different accent.
It's so obvious it's ridiculous.

The majority of the listenership is likely made up of the Jeremy Kyle/pyjamas all day brigade but surely they have to notice this?
It's car crash radio. The same people ringing in to argue with the same girl they argued with the day before only this time she has a different accent. Such a farce.

I listen to it in work for the craic. It is what it is. I do despise some of the regulars though. That religious nut Jimmy is a complete...

I bet you're talking about Lisa ("Well!") aka Nikita aka Breda?

She has the same tone of voice and even her Nikita accent was veering into Lisa's accent.

I'm well aware talk shows use plants/actors but what amazes me is when listeners fall for it.
In particular, Steve the burglar on Niall Boylan's show.
It's blatantly obvious he's on the show to rile people up with his "opinions" but it beggars belief that people really think he's a genuine caller.

AKA Melanie the Southside personal trainer and a few others. She's just not a good enough voice actor but somehow people fall for it every morning :pac:

Don't forget the "french" girl Sandrine that used to ring the phoneshow.

I think Adrian is back on late nights now? Or am I going mental, I am fairly sure it was live last night.

Although the 'get it off your chest' part (if its still called so!) seemed to be per recorded either that or someone is a very poor sound engineer, cause I heard the 'bit rate' drop from live to pre-recorded best way to describe the sound difference, followed by the sound processor going into over drive trying to fix the levels out.

Adrians voice seems to have changed as well, he must be hitting the cigs hard on days!

Glad to have him back on nights, but my god, Adrian if you read on here, put a bit of effort into the show for god sake. For someone who was once the 'king' and held one of the top late night talk shows, it was a poor, poor operation from what I heard.

Thankfully, I only have to listen to it in the mornings at work.

Some "American" guy rang in today. Sounded very like Jeremy...
