Combi boiler issues

Just completed a full renovation and opted for an externally housed oil fired combi boiler 26-33kw system. This enabled us to take out the hot water cylinder and extend the bathroom.

To add to the system controls I purchased a 2nd generation Nest thermostat and have it hooked up to the boiler.

The heating system seems to be working fine (6 rads) when I have the Nest on manual timed settings. Haven't sussed out auto schedule yet.

I have good cold water pressure throughout the house as it's running off a pump however the hot water isn't giving great pressure and I can't get hot water anywhere (1 tap downstairs 1 tap upstairs and 1 shower off combi).

Has anybody encountered this before and any possible solutions for decent hotel water pressure?
Kind of bummed out the system isn't working as expected after spending a small fortune on the renovation.

Plumber and customer relationship is at an all time low. I've had zero faith in them and get nothing but unanswered calls and emails.

If it worked correct at time of install, then it might be something simple. If it never worked right, I presume you haven't paid the plumber in full and you can write a registered letter to him informing him that you are going to use the money to put it right.

Please follow site and charter rules. "Resistance is futile"

It hasn't worked right from the start and the Nest thermostat complicated the matter as the plumber didn't want anything got to do with it due to lack of understanding.

You're right though the plumber isn't getting paid his final bill until it's sorted.

Could be a problem with the boiler. It should still be under warranty. I presume it's either grant or firebird?
