EcoAir DD12 MK5 dessicant dehumidifier issue

    Hi purchased an EcoAir dehumidifier a little over a year ago.It has been working brilliantly but just this week it seems to be not collecting any water .From reading the reviews on the net there seems to be some issues with the heating element which I suspect may be the issue.

    A two year warranty comes with the appliance but the warranty states UK only.Just wondering if anyone else faced the same issue & if EcoAir will accept Irish address for repair?

    Also if I do have to splash out does anyone have a recommendation for a reliable alternative?
