Hi - Vinpaul, here are my suggestions for a couple of the clues.

27ac. Being all bundled together, run cold water tap in the tub. (5) ?A?C? - Batch

70ac. Admit that one might have legal title to what old poet, Robert, might bring off. (3) O?? - OBE

23dn. Puts an end to a funny SMS to a girl with kinky connections. (4) L?L? - LOLA

Any similarities to my answers and the correct answers is purely coincidental.

40ac. Being on an island, French kiss Holly (4) I?E?

    ILEX ( https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Holly )

    -

32ac. Conclude that I follow Sam from the north and reject the north (6) ?I?I?H

Conclude suggests FINISH but not sure about the rest of the clue

    -

15dn. Could one be brave enough to be in 11 across towards the end (3) U?E

There is a Native American tride called UTE This fits in with Brave but not sure about the rest of the clue.

    -

18ac India, three couples from Rome go off the pill to have a better sex life (4) ???A

There is a place in India called AGRA. Gra is Irish for love (sex life ?) but not sure about the rest of the clue.

Agree with Batch, lolz, is I'm told, a term used by social media users.

    Thks brian
Figured out that AGRA is correct. VI is 6 in roman numeral, viagra is the pill, so take via from viagra and we get agra.

I see you have a suggested answer for this one but just to add

    OWN

    verb (used with object)

    4. to acknowledge or admit.

    adjective

    1. of, relating to, or belonging to oneself (have Legal Title?)

    http://www.dictionary.com/browse/own

    Another suggestion

    ODE

Ode is a type of poem and it is also sounds like Owed - a transitive verb form of Own

Very annoying when folks don't give proper clues :o,

I had a look at the Pheonix in the shop today as I was curious if the answer to 11 across was right.

The right answer to 11 across is of course CONVOLUTED which explains the answer below :).

    Kinky Lola - Youtube

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=plEm66kqekM
I was more thinking of this Lola from the song "Copacabana (At the Copa)", recorded by Barry Manilow! and lol can stand for "laugh out loud" in SMS.
I thought OBE stood for Order of the British Empire, if not a legal title, then perhaps it is only a Royal Title and is also in the name Robert.

70ac. Admit that one might have legal title to what old poet, Robert, might bring off. (3) O??

Yes, OWN, as suggested, would be correct. The old poet is Robert Browning, remove bring from the surname (bring off) and you're left with OWN.
