Oil stove airlocked?

stovax oil stove it was lighting 2 nights ago and it stopped lighting. the following day i tried to light it but no oil came through to the 'pan'. There is plenty of oil in the barrel. I would like to try bleeding this but dont know where to begin? Any suggestions?
