Refurbished Laptop help

    Hello guys,
    just wondering what laptops would you recommend to buy as a refurb (have heard dell and hp are good options)

    My price range is 200 - 300€ .

    Specs required:

    I3 or I5
    RAM 4GB minimum
    Processor speed to be a minimum of 2.16 Ghz.

    Is there some application you're looking at running in particular? (Just guessing from the specs you listed...)
