    Hi all,

my husband and I have bought a house, and after replacing the carpet of the first floor for laminated floor, we found out that the joists are unlevelled and the floor is really squeaky, and skirting board seem really weird...

We want to fix it, and we know that we will have to open the floor in 3 bedrooms and the hallway, but it needs to be done...

Who do we need to hire? Carpenter? Builder? If you have any recommendation, please send me a PM (I am based in Dublin North City).

    Thanks!
