For those with excessively high levels of homocysteine and what that entails, the treatment is activate folate (l-methyl), active B12 and B6, possibly tyrosine and SAMe.
    The others are supportive adjuncts.
The L-methylfolate is the key cofactor.
Firstly - it doesn't appear to be readily available in Ireland?
Was it outlawed at some point - along with the other supplements like SAMe and 5HTP?
Secondly - there are some online suppliers, but its dosed in 400 microgram pills, which is about 50 times below the theraputic dose recommended. The dose of Deplin (the brand name for l-methyl).
The cost of the supplement from the US falls at about 500 dollar for three months supply.
    Firstly, does anyone take this?
Secondly - dose anyone have an opinion, whom is informed about the drug?
