Less than 50% 4G. Its missing the band used for longer range. Most Xiaomis do. If you're happy with 3G speeds get it, otherwise pick again.

Haven't got one but I hear that the Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 Special Edition supports the missing 4G Band 20 (800 Mhz)

Thanks ED E. what you mean that less than 50% - is it less than 50% 4G coverage or speed? what kind of speeds can I count on with this phone?

if I go looking for other phone , what exact bands I should be looking for?

    Thanks gain for help.

50% means it's missing half of the 4G bands.
For full coverage on 2G, 3G and 4G you need 800/900/1800/2100/2600 bands

That I know but redmi note 3 is 5.5 inch screen - too big for me , I am looking for max 5.1 inch + 2 to 3 GB RAM + good CPU and from european store/warehouse - budget under 190euro

I have checked bands filter here
    http://www.gsmarena.com/search.php3
but there are multipple bands for some frequencies e.g. 900 exist for 2G, 3G, 3.5G and 4G
and there are multipple 1800 under 4G - band 3 and band 9

COuld you tell me exact what bands to look for in each 2G, 3G and 4G ?

Its 50% coverage AND no 4G+ so slower on average too.

You pretty much won't find a phone that isn't a US only model that doesn't support our 3G.

It has the 800mhz listed here for 4G, for €125.
