    From the photo it just looks like its reflecting something in the room, with a little hazing. Might look different in person

    There are several causes but the only solution is replacement of the affected units. The most common cause is the type of LowE coating used. Hard-coats (such as K-glass) by their nature have a known propensity to display this problem.
    The other cause is poor quality control by the manufacturer. The tempering furnace may need a service. If you are experiencing a vertical stripe of haze this would be my guess. If the stripe ‘moves’ with where the direct sunlight is falling on then it’s more likely you have a hard-coat issue.
    Solutions – replacement of glazing units with soft-coat LowE units or use the same coating but have the units made in a different facility.

    Thanks for replying.
    I have have some glass replaced 2 times and 2 windows are on the 3rd glass replacement.
    The company has say they will replace glass again.
    But it will come for the same place and will have the same problem.
    I have had problems from first day with this company which is going on over a year and a half .
    I asked for a different glass company to make them but they said no unless I pay for it .
    Would u have any advice on what to do.
    Would be very great full.

    Having replaced the glass on several occasions - de facto, they recognise there is a problem. The same problem still exists and they will not fix it. Small Claims Court is good for €2k. That should cover you to go elsewhere to get replacements of merchantable quality.

    Should I get a cost to replace these units by another company first and then go after them with the cost

    No. It's their defect, they have the right to try rectify it.
    More importantly, the "cost" another company will charge you, is not the "cost" of the defect for the other company

    But how many times can u leave a company change the glass they are telling me that I my house is the only house that is showing this problem which I don't believe and that the factory has no problem some glass is on the 3rd round to be fair the photo shows it clearly the window company is saying they can't see this on the photo

    To say your “house is the only house that is showing this problem” is nonsense - the industry is well aware of this issue;
