Bearing going?

Hi look looking to confirm my suspicions. Have a 01 Astra and a low rumbling/hum has started in the front right. Intensifies when turning left and almost vanishes turning right. I just look a long trip up north and need to get home and only noticed it half way up. Is it completely unsafe to drive?

I'd say you could chance the drive home you're spot on with your diagnosis. I'd chance it if it was mine.

Probably the wheel bearing but it just might be a tyre problem.

I'd check tyres for pressure, wear and damage before going any further.

As JCA says,if it's the bearing I'd be surprised if it doesn't get you home.
