Does anyone know how to remove this type of valve as pin seems to be stuck down and rad is stone cold?

There's no screw underneath like on some valves and I can't see any release mechanism to remove it.

Is it a TRV type (big known with 5 settings)?

If so, some WD40 and manipulating the pin out, straight motion, not to the side at all, otherwise it'll leak.
