    PAY & DISPLAY
    AND
    PERMIT PARKING

    07:00 - 19:00
    (MON- SAT)

Does this mean its free to park between 7.00 pm & 7.00 am ?

Confused by the term 'PERMIT PARKING' here.

The permits would usually refer to people living on the road who have parking permits.
Yes, you can park for free after 7pm

  • The permit allows you to park without being clamped between 7am and 7pm, generally for residents. You can park for free, no permit, no pay&display, from 7pm to 7am.
