One plus one vs. Redmi note 3 pro

My one plus one battery is dire, otherwise a no issue exceptional phone. Flashed a few ROMs but no joy. I use it for reddit, browsing, podcast, guardian, fb, viber. I can basically sell one plus pay 40 euro for redmi note 3 pro. Would anyone who have used both recommend the note 3 pro?
