What should I expect to pay a solicitor to set up power of attorney for my mother-in-law's estate?

In her case, the estate is very small - one small country cottage with little in the way of contents of value, and one bank account.

She is totally compos mentis at present, and there is no medical reason to believe she won't continue to be so for the foreseeable future.

Any thoughts appreciated.
