help with first build

I'm 14 years old and planning on building my first pc this Christmas, please help me out with deciding on parts, I have something outlined, but I can't link it here. Also, do you need an anti static wristband when building?
1. What is your budget? [€950]

2. What will be the main purpose of the computer? [Gaming] Mostly gta 5 with mods such as LSPDFR and some aircraft mods aswell.

3. Do you need a copy of Windows? [Yes]

4. Can you use any parts from an old computer? [No]

5. Do you need a monitor? [No]

5a. If yes, what size do you need. [19'/20'/22'/24'/etc.]

5b. If no, what resolution is your current monitor and do you plan to upgrade in the near future? [1920x1080] [Yes] Probably not upgrade as such but buy another one for dual setup

6. Do you need any of these peripherals? [Keyboard/Mouse/Wireless Card] Cheap kbm/mouse will do, had my eye on the cm storm kbm bundle, as its only about 30 quid.

7. Are you willing to try overclocking? [No]

8. How can you pay? [Bank Transfer/Credit Card/Laser]

9. When are you purchasing? [Can purchase whenever, but need all parts delivered before Christmas]

10. If you need help building it, where are you based? [Cork City.]

I can't drop a build right now. But I'm sure someone will.you have a decent budget so will be easy enough. Have a Lil read through some other builds here get an idea.

As for wrist band nice to have. Can do without .
