I currently have Digiweb metro the 30mb package. Realisticly I get on average between 3-7 mb at the time in the evening when we use it most.

I am thinking of moving to Imagine LTE, the coverage is suppose to be good in my area. They won't install unless I get a minimum of 30mb.

My ping is usually around 20 on digiweb. Broadband through the phone line isn't an option.

    Would anyone advise against switching.

I'd stay well away from Imagine. I can't speak from for the LTE product but their customer service and accounting is appalling.

If you go to the imagine LTE rural broadband thread you will see a litany of customers who have been overcharged or charged for a service that was never installed. Trying to get money back off them or a response is impossible and you will have to lodge a complaint with comreg.

3 threads now about Imagine LTE, perhaps 2 is all that's needed, one about their LTE service, speedtests and availability and the other one on customer service.

Id agree that 2 threads more than enough.

Just to reiterate, i think if you are getting a solid 50-60 meg then grand. But once anything goes wrong you will end uo swimming against the tide.
