    Hi,

I would be grateful for any advice.

I currently work in Northern Ireland but reside in the South.. I pay all tax to UK government (PRSI and NI).
I am paid 35,000 per annum. I own a property in the South of Ireland which I plan to rent out at 8,400 per annum. I am single with no dependants

My question is what will my tax liability to the South of Ireland be?
In understand that a trans border relief exists but because I have additional income from the South of Ireland I don't know how to work out how much I would owe tax wise when I complete my tax return.

Really Really would appreciate any advice.

    Thanks
