I am getting some damp in a wall and builder thinks issue is with valley/tile gutter between my house and next door. He has suggested a new lead valley system. I was wondering what would be a typical price for this supplied and fitted?

Dublin based...average 2/3 bed terrace house in dublin.

cant really help you with the price, but if cost is a concern you could maybe look into coated aluminium valleys as an option. they have been spec-ed in my new build, and builder said they came in at about half the price of lead. I am not sure if they would work in a replacement scenario though. Mine were just fitted this week and seem pretty solid (they come pre-formed by the factory to suit the valley angle) and also look the part too.

    Really appreciate that!
I might ask and see if any difference in price.
I got three quotes ranging from 700-1200 so far so bit of a difference!
