    Went for walk in zoo today with our annual pass - crowds of disappointed kids at the groups entrance and parents being told the online booking was invalid for some reason. Parents angry and kids sad. Felt very sorry for them.

    Any info on why? Was hoping to bring about 80 kids on Thursday, most of them wouldn't have been before. Online you can book 9 kids to every adult so was going to bring nine adults.

    Was in Dublin zoo today with my 3 kids, booked it last night and used the code KIDSGOFREE, only paid €34 for two adults and no hassle at all in the entrance. All of us enjoyed it even though it's freezing.

    3 families turned away in queue ahead of us but could only hear what was said to family ahead of us - they put their phone across to the ticket officer who said they hadn't booked all members in correctly - the family were annoyed as they had been sent from cash desk to the groups desk and now told to return to cash desk and pay for someone - in any event just check you have all your T&C's fulfilled before going as I felt sorry for them all.
