Is the Aer Lingus Advantage fare "fully refundable"?

Hi, I'm looking at the Aer Lingus Advantage fare terms and conditions and trying to decipher whether these fares are "fully refundable". There seems to be conflicting terms and conditions depending on what page you click on.

For instance, as part of the link to 'review terms and conditions before booking', it says:
"Full refund when cancelled prior to the flight scheduled departure time."

Fairly unambiguous, right? However, if you do a general google search on terms and conditions for Aer Lingus fare types, you come across the following page, and following quote:
    www. aerlingus.com/plan-and-book/plan/fare-types/
"Advantage fares are also refundable, <b>less admin fee</b>"

I'm inclined to assume the actual terms and conditions provided as part of the booking process would override the 'general' terms and conditions on the Aer Lingus website, but a customer service representative may argue otherwise.

Has anyone had any experience cancelling an Aer Lingus Advantage fare ticket, and if so, were you charged an admin fee for this?

No airline is going to refund without an admin fee.

That's fair enough - if it's consistent with their stated terms and conditions. Which it isn't.
