No union objection to such a move? Pretty much the same exact as what their trying with Bus Eireann and Expressway or have I missed something? Must be trying to distinguish NTA and non-NTA services.

I thought the NTA wanted to harmonise the branding?

This isn't an NTA service, it's a commercial one.

This is just a rebranding of the city tours operated as a private commercial service by Dublin Bus which will include airport connections as well as 72hour travel on Dublin bus services. It works out very well for tourists, the Hop on-Hop off bus tours cost €22 for 24 hours but the full three day ticket covers the green tour buses plus the Airlink and also all Dublin Bus public service buses and all for €33 for 72hours!

Because db runs airport services are they at an advantage over other tour bus companies?

No, their Airlink service is totally separate to their tour bus company and the public service routes serviced by their main business.
