Your eir account is either ceased or is being moved to eir Fibre.

    Moved house 4 weeks ago and switched account to Eir fibre. Cannot log in to 'My Eir' as I get the following message

    "Your eir account is either ceased or is being moved to eir Fibre.
    If you are moving to eir Fibre, once your new account is set up, please login again as normal and you'll be able to view your full account information."

    One month later and my new account still doesn't seem to be setup (although what that means I've no idea as I am getting billed for the new account). Cannot get access to Eir Sport and cannot sign in to my account online. Can someone sort this nonsense out? Unfortunately it has to be said that Eir are one stone useless company.
