    Hi,

I will be buying my partner a watch for a wedding present and have a budget of approx. 500-800.
My boyfriend likes the look of the original rolex type watch.

Obviously with my budget I cant get a rolex but I was wondering if anyone knows of a good watch within my budget which looks similar to a rolex.

My partner will probably go for gold or possibly silver with gold.

    Any ideas would be appreciated.
    Thanks.

    Thanks for the quick reply.

Are these available to buy in Ireland or only online?

Only online, but they're great quality. They don't do any gold ones as far as I know though. If you're thinking gold, then maybe you're looking for more of a dress watch than a sports watch though?

    This style or this?

Longines Conquest would be lovely and within your budget..

or alternatively the longines heritage also lovely but probably slightly over budget

Yes both of them styles would be similar to what my boyfriend wants. I will show him the Stein hart tonight and see what he thinks :)

Which Rolex watch? You've liked two Rolex stainless steel sports models which are both in stainless steel but stated a possible preference for gold (there are solid gold Rolex sports but there are fewer homage versions available of those, if any). If you like a standard oyster case Rolex then a Tudor Oyster is within your budget and Tudors are made by Rolex and look quite similar. Here is a Rolex Oyster of mine

And here is a Tudor Oyster I used to own.

Don't get hung up on the dial colour pattern but note the case and bracelet style.
