    Hi all,

My parents are looking for broadband for the house.. they will only be using it for email and social media.. extream downloading or anything.

They do need something with a router as they need a hard wired connection

Whats the cheapest out there ?

So should you pay a little extra and get Virgin Media ?

they are in Dublin 24 so should have a good few options.

    thanks.

Virgin are by far the best option for Internet.

Do they need a hard wired connection really though? Surely a wifi adaptor in their presumably desktop computer and a myfi with a €20 a month or whatever plan would be better than paying €50 a month?
Or just use a hotspot on their smartphone and connect that way?
